Itinerary Flexibility & Changes
You acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires flexibility, and you should be prepared for potential changes. While the itinerary provided is a representative guide of the activities planned, please understand that routes, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and modes of transport may be subject to alterations due to local circumstances or events.

Although we strive to operate trips as originally planned, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary before or after your departure. If any changes occur, we will notify you promptly. In cases where changes are due to circumstances outside our control, we will make alternative arrangements for you at no additional charge.
Acceptance of Risk
By booking a trip with Orienjo, you acknowledge that the nature of the journey may involve adventurous activities and carries a certain level of personal risk. The trip may take you to locations with political, cultural, and geographical characteristics that present greater dangers and physical challenges than those encountered in everyday life.

While we use information from government foreign departments and reports from reliable contacts to assess whether the itinerary should proceed, it is also your responsibility to familiarize yourself with all relevant travel details, including health risks and the nature of your planned activities.

Your decision to proceed with the trip is made with full consideration of this information, and you accept the personal risks involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability related to these additional risks.
Optional Activities
Optional activities not included in the trip price are not part of the trip or this contract. Any assistance, recommendations, or advice provided by your group leader or local representative in arranging optional activities (whether before or after the trip) does not make us liable for those activities in any way. The contract for any optional activity will be directly between you and the activity provider.
Delays & Missed Transport Arrangements
If you or any member of your party misses your flight or any other transport arrangement, or if you experience a delay of over 3 hours for any reason, you must contact us and the relevant airline or transport provider immediately.
