Thank you for choosing Orienjo. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and cancellation policy is outlined below.

 

RETURNS:

Artwork paintings are unique and cannot be easily repaired. Thus, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you identify any quality issues or damages that occurred during shipping, please provide a high-resolution photograph of the concerned artwork for our review.

 

CANCELLATION:

Recognizing the distinctive nature of our products and in deference to the hard work and commitment of our artists, we typically do not accommodate cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the artwork has been completed. Exceptions may be made in the event of evident quality issues or damages sustained during production or shipment.

For orders:

Within 24 hours: Eligible for a full refund.
After 24 hours but before 48 hours: Subject to a 50% charge of the total order amount.
After 48 hours: Refunds will not be available, and a 100% charge will be applied.

If you encounter any defects or damages upon receiving your product, please immediately contact us through the details provided below so we can address the possibility of a refund or exchange.
